2. Services Provided
Booksyte offers professional bookkeeping and financial services, including but not limited to: monthly bookkeeping, catch-up bookkeeping, payroll services, QuickBooks Online training, fractional CFO services, budgeting, forecasting, business planning, tax preparation support, and other consulting services as agreed upon. Service details, pricing, and terms of engagement are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate, timely, and complete information and documentation; maintain access to required platforms (e.g., QuickBooks); review reports and statements delivered to you; notify us promptly of any discrepancies or concerns; and abide by payment terms as outlined in your service agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are due as outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur fees and/or suspension of services. Booksyte reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
5. Confidentiality
All financial data and personal information shared with Booksyte will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or with your express written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and tools provided on the Booksyte website or during service delivery are the intellectual property of Booksyte and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the services with written notice, subject to the terms in the signed agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding balances must be paid in full, and access to deliverables will be granted upon receipt of final payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
Booksyte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered in the past 90 days.
9. Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, our services do not constitute legal, investment, or tax advice unless explicitly stated. You are encouraged to consult with licensed professionals for legal or tax-specific decisions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
